Account and sign‑in
You can sign in with email, Apple, or Google. If you can't access your account, email us from the address you signed up with and we'll help you recover it. You can update your profile and notification preferences in the app under You / Profile and Settings.
Subscriptions and billing
- Baylou offers a free tier plus Lifestyle and Longevity plans (weekly, monthly, or annual).
- Purchases made in the app are billed by Apple or Google. To view, change, or cancel a subscription, open your App Store or Google Play account settings. For web purchases, use the billing portal in the app.
- Refund requests for in‑app purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. We're happy to help point you to the right place.
Your data: export and delete
You're in control of your data. In the app's privacy and security settings you can export your data or delete your account. Account deletion removes your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. If you need help, email support@omegax.health.
Connected health sources
Baylou can connect to Apple Health, Android Health Connect, or WHOOP to personalize your plan. You choose which data to share, and you can disconnect or change permissions at any time in your device or app settings. Health data is used only to power your coaching — never for advertising, and never sold.
Coach, voice, and plans
If the coach, a voice call, or a daily plan isn't working as expected, try restarting the app and confirming you're on a recent version. If the issue continues, email us with your device model and app version and we'll investigate.
